Function: baseColor()

baseColor(base, overrides?): string

Defined in: src/mobjects/biology/biologyColors.ts:71

Resolve the color for a DNA base.

The lookup order is caller overrides, then the base palette. An unknown base falls back to the default color.

Parameters​

base​

string

The base symbol (any case).

overrides?​

Partial<Record<BaseSymbol, string>>

Optional per-base color overrides.

Returns​

string

The hex color string.
