rgbToHex(rgb): string

Defined in: src/utils/color.ts:84

Convert an [r, g, b] float array (0.0..1.0) to a #RRGGBB hex string.

Ports ManimColor.from_rgb(...).to_hex(). Channels are truncated, not rounded, to match ManimCE.
