Function: setSpeechSynthesizer()

setSpeechSynthesizer(synthesizer): void

Inject a speech synthesizer, replacing the default Web Speech one.

Pass a fake in tests so no real speechSynthesis call happens. Pass null to restore the default Web Speech synthesizer.
